Job Summary
Lead clinical oncology teams as Clinical Nurse Manager, overseeing the nursing, medical assisting, laboratory, and pharmacy technician activities to ensure high-quality patient care. Plan, direct, and evaluate clinical care; enforce JBIs and regulatory compliance; coordinate chemotherapy administration; support staff development and education; manage scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations; drive patient safety, office efficiency, and interdepartmental collaboration; maintain communications with research and ancillary departments; support trial-related activities and ensure adherence to oncology standards. Must maintain an RN license, have 5 years healthcare experience with 3 years in management, and hold an OCN certification. Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered RN License in the state of employment or multi-state licensure
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required
- Oncology Nurse Certification (OCN) required
- Current CPR certification
- Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings
- Five (5) years of experience in the healthcare field in a clinic or hospital setting
- Three (3) years of management experience preferred
