Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) - Vascular Intermediate Care Unit

Oversee daily operations of the 24-bed Vascular Intermediate Care Unit, supervising patient care staff to ensure safety, quality outcomes, and exceptional patient experiences. Manage the interview, hiring, development, and retention of RNs, LPNs, NCPs, and UAs while coordinating purchasing and payroll processes. Serve as a clinical resource for team members and assist in monitoring the unit budget. Work full-time (40 hours/week) in a stepdown environment specializing in vascular surgery, telemetry, and transplant patients with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio. Requires a BSN, RN license, and BLS certification.
