Job Summary
Lead ESRD clinical care in an outpatient dialysis setting, supervising nursing and patient care staff while ensuring safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Provide direct patient care as needed and partner with the Medical Director to foster a collaborative clinical environment focused on high-quality patient outcomes. Responsible for lab tracking, vitals monitoring, treatment planning, and elevating key clinical quality metrics. Requires BSN and current RN license; supervisory experience is a plus, with opportunities for leadership development and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license (in good standing)
- Minimum 12 months clinical RN experience
- At least 6 months dialysis experience required
- CPR certification preferred
- CNN/CDN certification preferred
- Supervisory experience a plus
