Job Summary
Clinical Manager across the Pediatric Oncology Center at NYP Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital. Provides hands-on clinical leadership, facilitates efficient daily operations, supports clinical decision-making, leads huddles, monitors quality data, assists in scheduling, and promotes a culture of safety and quality by implementing established standards, policies, and procedures. Collaborates with the Patient Care Director to establish short- and long-term goals aligned with the hospital’s strategic aims, and works with multidisciplinary teams to advance care in pediatric oncology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license
- BCLS certification
- Must be experienced in administration of pediatric or adult chemotherapy
- At least two years of inpatient or outpatient chemotherapy RN experience
- On-site presence within commutable distance to NYP
