Clinical Nurse Manager Obstetrics

Manage the operational and financial effectiveness of the obstetrics nursing unit with 24-hour accountability. Develop policies, procedures, and processes to ensure high-quality services, while overseeing unit-based goal setting, program development, and resource allocation. Support a culture of safety through human resource development, performance improvement, and interprofessional collaborative relationships. Maintain a supportive work environment that promotes retention and embraces diversity. Obtain required Nursing Administration certification within 12 months of assuming the role.
