Clinical Nurse Manager-Night Supervisor

Conduct high-quality, person-centred nursing and social care for residents while ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and clinical guidelines. Monitor clinical conditions such as pressure sores and falls, manage medication administration and inventory, and lead comprehensive resident assessments and care plan reviews. Supervise Staff Nurses and Care Assistants, facilitate in-house training on infection control and palliative care, and perform regular audits of clinical, environmental, and health safety protocols. Act as the key point of contact for relatives and visitors, resolve complaints, and assist the Director of Nursing with rostering and handovers.
