Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Manager Neuro in Surgical Services oversees leadership and clinical management of nursing staff delivering evidence-based patient care in the Surgical Services unit. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing care, coordinating staffing and schedules, maintaining daily unit operations, and contributing to fiscal management. Leads quality and process-improvement initiatives, participates in interdepartmental collaboration, and supports professional development and governance activities. Requires RN with a Bachelor's in Nursing, BLS, and Ohio Board of Nursing certification, with 2-3 years of nursing experience and demonstrated leadership. Day shift, 40 hours per week, Columbus, OH, within the Surgery Administration department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Nursing (Required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
- 2-3 years nursing experience in related or similar areas of responsibility
- Previous leadership experience such as precepting, charge role, clinical lead role, mentoring, department committee leadership or facilitation of meetings
