Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Manager – House Supervisor responsible for maintaining continuity of patient care in the absence of unit nurse managers/directors, supervising hospital personnel, making patient care assignments, evaluating care, and ensuring adherence to nursing processes. Works with ROC and department leaders for patient care assignments, expedites delivery of materials, responds to emergency codes, and leads through change with a focus on collaboration, communication, and high reliability in care delivery across units.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) preferred; Current RN license in state they are working or covered by compact (required); BLS Basic Life Support (required); PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (preferred); ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support (preferred); Nurse Executive Certification or designated specialty certification (preferred)
