Clinical Nurse Manager

Clinical Nurse Manager oversees coordination of clinical activities in the Wound Care Center, including patient care assessment, care planning/implementation, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborates with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet center objectives, provide clinical oversight to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CMAs, hyperbaric technicians), ensure compliance with HIPAA, DOH, hospital and Healogics policies, and CMS guidelines, and facilitate staff development and performance feedback. Responsibilities include case management proficiency, staff education, process improvement, and contributing to program objectives from a budgetary/financial perspective. The role may involve hyperbaric safety duties and, when trained, chamber operations; requires strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Required education includes RN licensure and ADN at minimum, with BSN preferred; 1 year RN experience required and supervisory experience preferred; wound care certification preferred. Salary range is $78,900 to $106,300 annually.
