Clinical Nurse Manager

Provide day-to-day leadership for nursing and clinical support staff, coordinating staffing, scheduling, and daily clinical operations. Conduct performance evaluations, mentor staff, and support hiring and onboarding while partnering with providers to improve workflow and patient access. Deliver direct patient care including triage, assessments, medication administration, and treatment support, serving as a clinical resource to maintain efficient patient flow. Lead quality improvement initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor infection prevention and medication management. Assist with budgeting, operational planning, and inventory management to improve efficiency. Become a founding clinical leader responsible for building a culture of collaboration and clinical excellence in the new Wakefield primary care practice.
