Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Manager for Behavioral Health Unit oversees delivery of evidence-based patient care and provides leadership and clinical management for the unit. Responsibilities include staff planning and allocation, ensuring nursing practice is applied safely, contributing to process improvement and quality initiatives, coordinating care across disciplines, and participating in fiscal management and staff development. Requires RN with Bachelor's Degree, BLS, 2-3 years of nursing experience in related areas, and demonstrated leadership experience. Night shift in a hospital setting with a focus on quality, safety, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Participates in governance, education, and professional development; leads efforts to deliver culturally competent and high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Nursing (Required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- RN - Registered Nurse
- Ohio Board of Nursing
- 2-3 years nursing experience in related or like areas of responsibility
- Demonstrated leadership experience such as precepting, charge role, clinical lead role, mentoring, department committee leadership or facilitation of meetings
