Clinical Nurse Lead

Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned unit, overseeing coordination to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning. Monitor clinical conditions, ensure timely incident reporting with follow-up to the Administrator and Director of Nursing, and actively participate in committees and initiatives for quality improvement. Contribute to policy development and implementation based on identified needs while providing leadership to nursing staff. Participate in on-call and holiday rotation schedules as required. Requires an active RN/LPN license in PA, five years of nursing experience, and two years of supervisory experience in long-term care.
