Clinical Nurse Lead

Serve as the on-unit clinical advocate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, responding to acute conditions, monitoring chronic health issues, and overseeing medication administration practices. Ensure timely follow-up on physician orders, conduct audits of documentation and safety checks, and promote infection control best practices. Provide real-time coaching, training, and mentorship to direct care staff, assist with onboarding and skill validations, and support daily unit workflow including staffing coordination. Escalate critical health concerns and support crisis response during behavioral escalations while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. This role requires active RN or LPN licensure with three years of ICF/IID experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and the ability to work mandatory overtime including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
