Clinical Nurse Inpatient Psych

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards. Delivers patient- and family-centered care in a safety-conscious, Magnet-certified hospital environment, collaborating with an interprofessional team to educate patients and families on illness management, medications, and post-treatment home care. Develops and documents individualized plans of care, communicates across the care continuum, and supports safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Works the night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with every third weekend rotation; role emphasizes professional development, leadership, and ongoing nursing education.
