Clinical Nurse - Inpatient Hem/Onc

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for inpatient hematology/oncology patients. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team. Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while utilizing critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Work 12-hour shifts on day/night rotation or straight nights, with every third weekend and holiday rotation.
