Job Summary
Professional care provider delivering nursing care from admission through discharge in collaboration with patients and families. Independently assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care, leveraging evidence-based practice to promote quality and safety. Communicates clearly with the interdisciplinary team, advocates for patients, and guides discharge planning, ensuring safe transitions and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure in state of facility
- CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) within 90 days
- C-EFM certification within 12-15 months for Perinatal nurses (labor and delivery)
