Clinical Nurse II - MTSU

Clinical Nurse II provides competent clinical nursing care in a hospital setting, coordinating and delivering patient care using the nursing process under the supervision of nursing leadership. Responsibilities span education and learning needs assessment, evaluation of care with interdisciplinary collaboration, implementation of care for patients with complex problems including bedside testing and adherence to policies and procedures, leadership activities to support unit goals and professional growth, comprehensive patient assessment and culturally aware planning, and contributing to evidence-informed practice through reading journals and sharing applicable ideas with the team. Location: Rocky Mount, NC (onsite night shift).
