Job Summary
Clinical Nurse II in the Float Pool provides safe, effective nursing care across nursing areas within the two NorthBay Health hospitals. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for all patients assigned, use a therapeutic professional relationship with patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote, maintain, and restore health. Adheres to the NorthBay Way principles of Caring, Communication, Collaboration, and Competence. This is a night shift role (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with float responsibilities based on individual competencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (suggested)
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred per description
- RN - Registered Nurse; Float Pool experience may be implied by role
