Clinical Nurse II - B

Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within Magnet-certified hospital standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates patients and families on illness and home care needs including medication administration, and collaborates with an interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individualized plans of care with defined goals. Supports patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and communicates the plan of care across the continuum. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and performs in a 3x12 shift schedule with every third weekend. Includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus and has Bachelor’s degree as a preferred qualification for nursing education.
