Job Summary
Provide nursing care in CCU/PCU/Telemetry and Rapid Response using the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, evaluate, and modify patient care. Collaborate with disciplines to ensure individualized, high-quality outcomes; adhere to the ANA Code of Ethics and ANA Bill of Rights for Nursing. Requires California RN license and ACLS/BLS; 0.9 FTE with Day shift (72 hours bi-weekly). Serves patients aged one year and older. Emphasis on quality outcomes, innovative practice, and patient/family-centered care within a healing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Registered Nurse License - California Board of Registered Nursing
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association
- One year recent Critical Care and Telemetry experience (PCR CCU/Progressive Care/Telemetry)
- One year CCU experience (PCR Cardiac Monitoring Transport)
