Clinical Nurse ICU Part Time Nights

Provides direct patient care activities in the ICU setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Delivers care to emergent and critically ill patients, develops and documents individualized plans of care in collaboration with an interprofessional team, educates patients and families, promotes patient safety and quality/regulatory compliance, and participates in professional development. This role is part-time with night shifts and weekend requirements; it is safety-sensitive and requires RN licensure and relevant nursing education. The position offers opportunities for career progression within the BJC RN Career Ladder and advancement to higher ladder levels based on performance and responsibilities.
