Job Summary
Clinical Nurse I provides competent nursing care in a hospital setting using the nursing process, reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director, coordinating and delivering patient care. Responsibilities include education of patients and families, evaluation and revision of care plans, implementation of care for patients with complex needs, interdisciplinary collaboration, prioritization of tasks, and participation in performance improvement activities. Occurs onsite in Nash UNC Health Care (NGH Mtsu) with sign-on bonus up to $20,000.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina by the day of clinical care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
