Job Summary
Clinical Nurse - Highcare responsible for assessment, planning and implementation of holistic nursing care for patients, families and community within a multidisciplinary team; coordinates patient care, diagnoses and treats emergency patients as needed, participates in development and evaluation of care plans, conducts rounds with physicians, documents status and staffing needs, and upholds Netcare values while ensuring a safe, high-quality nursing environment; drives policy and procedure development, risk management, and ongoing staff education and training in emergency procedures and clinical practices.
Required Qualifications
- Registered as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council
