Clinical Nurse - High-Risk Cardiology (Day Shift)

Provides direct patient care in a 25-bed high-risk cardiology unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of care; educates patients/families on illness management and post-treatment needs; ensures patient safety and quality/regulatory compliance; develops and documents individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team; maintains cardio-specific nursing competencies and supports professional development; safety-sensitive position with 12-hour shifts and relocation assistance available.
