Clinical Nurse - High-Risk Cardiology (Day Shift)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate direct patient care for high-risk cardiac patients, including those with CAD, heart failure, valve disease, and post-procedure needs. Educate patients and families on illness management, medication administration, and post-treatment home care. Collaborate with attendings, residents, and the interprofessional team to develop and document individual plans of care, ensuring communication across the continuum. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
