Job Summary
Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care per ANA and Ohio Board standards, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient/family needs and deliver proficient, patient- and family-centered care. The role supports a patient and family experience-oriented environment, acts as a change agent to meet census and care needs, and operates within Dayton Children’s Hematology/Oncology, with a focus on pediatric care. Key duties include delivering nursing care in alignment with hospital mission, patient safety, and quality standards; participating in ongoing education and professional development; and maintaining licensure and CPR certification. Education: Associate degree in nursing required; BSN expected within 5 years of hire. Licensure/Certifications: Ohio RN license and CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in nursing
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
