Clinical Nurse - Heart Center

Conduct direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within pediatric critical care settings. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural requirements. Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while advancing professional development.
