Job Summary
Clinical Nurse role in Theatre at St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital requiring Registered Nurse with 4+ years in General Surgical perioperative care; lead/mentor junior staff, develop clinical proficiency, and manage changing situations with strong communication and organisational skills. Must hold AHPRA registration; National Police Check and possible Working-With-Children Check/immunisation as required. Base hourly rate offered (AUD) depending on experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 4 years post graduate experience in the General Surgical specialty within operating theatres
- Strong knowledge of perioperative surgical care
- A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance
- National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Working-With-Children Check and immunisation as required by role
