Clinical Nurse - General Medicine I (GI)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for general medicine patients, including GI cases, while educating families on illness management, home care, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Participate in professional development activities within a Magnet® hospital environment. Full-time, 36-hour week with day/night, weekend, and holiday rotations.
