Clinical Nurse Float Pool

Provide direct patient care across units as part of the Patient Care Resource Team (Float Pool), including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Educate patients and families on illness, treatment, and home care, promote patient safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individual plans of care. Utilize critical nursing skills to address physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and population-specific needs; adapt to diverse areas and ensure clear communication of the care plan across the continuum. This is a safety-sensitive RN role supporting multiple areas within Missouri Baptist Medical Center during night shifts on a 12-hour shift schedule; Magnet designation and ongoing professional development are highlighted within the team framework.
