Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in ENT/plastic reconstructive surgery unit focusing on pre-op and post-op care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Deliver patient and family education, develop and document individualized plans of care, ensure communication across care teams, and support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in a Magnet-designated academic medical center environment. Work on a 3-12 hour shift schedule in a specialized surgical services department with opportunities for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- RN
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's - Nursing
- License: RN
- BSN or ADN accepted
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
