Support orientation, competency programs, in-service education, continuing education, academic partnerships, career development, and role transition at the unit level for Mercy coworkers. Requires a bachelor's degree with two years of clinical experience (or equivalent experience for associate's degree holders), BLS certification, and a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program.
