Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Educator in Surgery supports learning across diverse learners by serving as educator, facilitator, change agent, consultant, researcher, and leader. Works with unit management to develop, implement, and evaluate programs; collaborates to advance nursing education and clinical practice. Requires a BSN (MSN preferred), IL RN license, CPR/BLS, and at least five years of clinical experience. Role is full-time with hours 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, in Elmhurst, IL. Skills include leadership, teaching, data interpretation, communication, program development, and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- BSN
- IL RN License
- CPR BLS through American Heart Association
- Minimum five years of clinical experience
- MSN preferred
- Certification in area of specialty preferred
- Education: BSN; MSN preferred
