Job Summary
Educate and develop diverse learners as a Clinical Nurse Educator for the Surgery service line. Delivers education as educator, facilitator, change agent, consultant, researcher and leader; collaborates with unit management for program development, implementation and evaluation. Requires BSN with MSN preferred, IL RN license, CPR/BLS, and at least five years of clinical experience; strong analytical and communication skills; hours 6:30a-3p, Monday-Friday, in Elmhurst, IL; full-time role in a Magnet-recognized health system with career growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- BSN
- MSN preferred
- IL RN License
- CPR BLS through American Heart Association
- Certification in the area of specialty preferred
- Minimum five years of clinical experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to lead and teach in difficult situations
