Job Summary
Deliver in-services to Healthcare Professionals and office staff on oncology product information, dosing protocols, and adverse events. Present educational programs tailored to each office's needs and communicate concerns directly to the Manager. Engage in program communications with client sales representatives and maintain accurate, timely reporting of all visits, including interaction types and durations. Coordinate travel to oncology offices with client sales reps and manage administrative duties such as computer updates, activity reports, and expense submissions. Develop relationships with key customers while attending required training, competency assessments, and industry conferences. Maintain all company equipment and comply with Inizio and client policies, including state nursing licensure and valid motor vehicle requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active nursing license to be in good standing in at least one state in which the in-services are being conducted
- At least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience that includes, but not limited to, direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access
- Chemotherapy infusion experience
- Valid motor vehicle license
- Proof of insurance
- Ability to travel, including overnight travel
- Good communication, speaking, and writing skills
- Ability to conduct one on one and group presentations
- Ability to manage administrative responsibilities consistent with a field-based territory management position
- Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws
- Full valid US driver's license at all times
- Compliance with all Inizio Policies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as required
- Attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio or the Client requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe
- Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team
- Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions
- Self-starter with high personal motivation
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrable organizational skills and/or previous territory management
- Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI)
- Adult oncology experience
