Job Summary

Conduct in-services (account calls) for Healthcare Professionals and office staff on product-specific information, disease states, dosing protocols, administration, and adverse events. Present educational programs tailored to each office's needs and engage in program communications with client field-based sales force representatives and district managers. Communicate concerns identified during education processes to the Manager and accurately report all visits, including visit types, lengths, and locations. Coordinate travel to oncology offices with client Sales Representatives, maintain company equipment, and complete all administrative responsibilities such as daily computer updates, weekly activity reports, and monthly expense reports. Attend local and national meetings as required to exchange knowledge within the team while maintaining professional registration and a valid US driver's license.

Required Qualifications

  • Active nursing license to be in good standing in at least one state in which the in-services are being conducted
  • At least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience that includes, but not limited to, direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access
  • Chemotherapy infusion experience
  • Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance
  • Ability to travel, including overnight travel
  • Must have good communication, speaking, and writing skills
  • Ability to conduct one on one and group presentations
  • Manage administrative responsibilities consistent with a field-based territory management position
  • Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws
  • Possess a full valid US driver's license at all times
  • Comply with all Inizio Policies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as required
  • Attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio or the Client requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe
  • Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team
  • Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner
  • Demonstrable organizational skills and/or previous territory management

Desired Qualifications

  • Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI)
  • Adult oncology experience
