Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Educator for CSI Pharmacy leading and coordinating staff education programs. Under the Director of Nursing and Pharmacist in Charge, responsibilities include assessing learning needs, planning and implementing an organized nurse education program, developing professional education resources, and providing instructional leadership for outreach to healthcare professionals. Serves as primary contact for nursing and support staff education, collaborates with department managers, maintains resources for education, monitors and evaluates programs, and ensures compliance with policies. Travel up to 25%–35% for conferences and trainings. Requires RN licensure with minimum 5 years in pharmacy/healthcare and strong communication skills; role is remote/nationwide in the USA with CST work schedule (8:30am–5:00pm CST) and virtual/remote working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse
- Minimum 5 years in pharmacy or healthcare environment
- Recent nursing experience with clinical focus preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% - 35%
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong public relations abilities
- Education and/or Experience: RN required, license to practice nursing
