Job Summary
Clinical Nurse / Education Lead in a general practice setting. Role supports a flexible full-time or permanent part-time arrangement based in Fairfield, Queensland. Primary duties include leading education for a team of nurses, coordinating education initiatives, and providing clinical care in primary health settings. Responsible for triage and prioritisation of care, wound care and chronic disease management, ECG/Spirometry/ABI, vaccination administration, minor procedures and infusions, infection prevention and control, stock control, and knowledge of accreditation standards. Strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to patient and community care are essential. The role reports to the Practice Manager with support from the Director of Nursing, and offers well above-award pay commensurate with experience, ongoing professional development, and a collaborative team environment.
