Clinical Nurse Coordinator Surgery

Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care. Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services in collaboration with management, while directing and evaluating nursing care per established policies. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create a supportive teamwork environment, support service recovery, and operationalize nursing strategies like employee and hourly rounds. Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, and manage all practical aspects of staff scheduling and labor in accordance with productivity guidelines. Support proper inventory control and manage supplies and equipment. This role requires a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's or Associate Degree and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
