Job Summary
Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during the designated shift. Work with a multidisciplinary team to support admission/discharge processes, improve outcomes, provide coaching and training to staff, and assist with staff scheduling. Requires BSN (or enrollment with plan to obtain BSN within 5 years), current RN licensure in North Carolina (eNLC may apply), and BLS certification; Masters in Nursing preferred. Strong leadership and collaboration to support clinical outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or enrollment in BSN program with plan to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire date; grandfathering allowed between facilities/entities; RN licensure in North Carolina; eNLC license may apply; BLS Healthcare Provider certification; Masters in Nursing preferred; 10+ years of RN experience exempt from some requirements per facility policy
