Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Operating Room

Coordinate all functions in the operating room unit during designated shifts, assisting with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput. Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with management, while managing staff scheduling and labor in accordance with patient needs. Support inventory control, supply management, and service recovery efforts, and provide recommendations for staff interviewing, selection, and training. Participate in quality assessments and operationalize nursing strategies such as employee rounding to improve engagement and clinical outcomes.
