Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Med Surg Oncology

Clinical Nurse Coordinator responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating unit functions during the shift. Leads coordination with the management team, serves as a resource for staff, guides admission/discharge processes to support efficient throughput, participates in ongoing quality assessments, collaborates to foster teamwork, supports nursing strategies for engagement, and assists with interviewing, training, performance evaluations, policy compliance, scheduling, and inventory management to ensure optimal patient care and department performance.
