Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN - Med Surg Oncology coordinates nursing care and unit operations during shifts, collaborates with the management team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, participates in staffing and training decisions, supports interviewing and performance evaluations, ensures adherence to policies, and drives service improvements to enhance patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
- 1 year of Nursing experience
- Registered Nurse Diploma, or Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
