Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Inpatient Rehab

Coordinate and educate internal nursing and therapy staff while collaborating with system leaders to ensure competent, safe staffing for the Mission Health System. Evaluate staffing needs across the continuum, adjust resources, and recruit new staff to support additional hours. Provide general administrative and clerical support for daily operations, activities, and program management. This role requires an RN with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, preferably with prior experience as a staffing coordinator.
