Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Inpatient Oncology

Coordinate all unit functions during designated shifts, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through admission and discharge process management. Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with management, while assessing service quality and supporting service recovery initiatives. Collaborate with subject matter experts to operationalize strategies like employee rounding and hourly rounds, and assist with staff scheduling and inventory control. Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, including conflict resolution and performance evaluations. Maintain compliance with personnel policies and productivity guidelines. This role supports a patient-first philosophy within a 585+ bed hospital offering comprehensive oncology and trauma services.
