Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN ICU

Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care. Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services and collaborate with management to evaluate unit performance. Support staff scheduling, manage practical labor aspects, and oversee inventory control for supplies and equipment. Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, including implementing training courses, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations. Engage in service recovery and operationalize nursing strategies like employee and hourly rounds. Obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support and PALS within 30 days of employment. Located at Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park and Leawood, Kansas.
