Job Summary
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) role involves being a front-line care provider and leader for the healthcare team, coordinating nursing efforts to ensure quality and safety improvements in patient care. This position requires maintaining professional knowledge and adhering to therapeutic standards, infection-control policies, and documenting patient care. The CNC will establish rapport with patients, provide emotional support, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Essential qualifications include an accredited nursing program graduate status, at least one year of relevant nursing experience, and an active Pennsylvania RN license.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required
- One (1) year experience in relevant nursing field
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) approved curriculum of the American Heart Association (CPR and AED) program required
- Act 33 with renewal
- Act 34 with renewal
- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
Desired Qualifications
- National certification in area of specialty
- Previous charge nurse experience helpful
