Clinical Nurse Coordinator Pulmonary

Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by partnering with a multidisciplinary team. Assist with admission and discharge processes while monitoring nursing care against established policies in partnership with management. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve staff performance and engagement, and support improved outcomes with subject matter experts and leadership. Assist with staff scheduling to ensure unit readiness. This role serves as a resource for staff to support an unparalleled patient experience at Mission Hospital, a Magnet® designated regional tertiary care center in Asheville, North Carolina.
