Clinical Nurse Coordinator Pulmonary

Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by partnering with a multidisciplinary team. Assist with admission and discharge processes while monitoring and evaluating nursing care in accordance with established policies. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve staff performance and engagement, and partner with subject matter experts to support improved outcomes. Assist with staff scheduling and serve as a resource for nursing staff to support an unparalleled patient experience. This role requires an RN with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, BLS and ACLS certification, and is located in Asheville, North Carolina.
