Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) coordinates patient-centered care on the PCU WEO unit, partners with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care; assists with admission and discharge processes; partners with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service; provides coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement; assists with staff scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- ACLS within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Registered Nurse Diploma
